We make reasonable efforts to display descriptions, colours, dimensions, and images accurately. Minor differences can occur. Always supervise pets when using toys, feeding accessories, grooming tools, leashes, and travel products. Inspect products before use and discontinue use if damaged. Products do not replace veterinary advice or professional training.
4. Orders and availability
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but is not final acceptance. We may limit quantities, reject, or cancel an order for suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock unavailability, delivery restrictions, or other legitimate reasons. Paid cancelled orders are refunded to the original payment method.
